Job summary

VML is seeking a strategic-thinking Senior Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering creative, digital ecosystems and services. You will own end-to-end projects across multiple workstreams, ensuring on-brief, on-time, and on-budget delivery while fostering collaboration among multi-disciplined teams.

You will lead with a hands-on, problem-solving approach, manage budgets from £100k to £1m+, and mentor junior PMs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in Project Management, preferably in marketing, advertising, or digital agency environments.
• Strong knowledge of delivery frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall) in digital marketing and technology.
• Expert core project management skills: drafting artifacts, stakeholders, resource and revenue forecasting, and financial metrics.

Responsibilities

• Scope, facilitate, and deliver end-to-end projects that create exceptional digital experiences and campaigns.
• Onboard, motivate, and set up multi-disciplined project teams for success.
• Collaborate with team to solve problems and craft solutions.
• Guide agile planning and prioritize work based on capacity and capability.
• Identify risks, recommend mitigations, and escalate when needed.
• Prepare robust proposals and Statements of Work (SoWs).
• Manage resources and liaise with Resource Management.
• Coordinate with suppliers and external partners to ensure seamless delivery.
• Oversee budgets, time tracking, burn rates, and margins.
• Document all key project artifacts and provide senior updates.
