Job summary

Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) is seeking a Digital Business Analyst to join our Digital Engineering team. You’ll apply Agile methods to shape web and ecommerce projects and collaborate with analysts, developers, QA, and client stakeholders.

From requirements gathering and acceptance criteria through development and UAT, you’ll work across the full lifecycle and adapt to the evolving tech landscape while helping deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience as a Digital Business Analyst in web/digital projects.
• Pragmatic problem solver with inquisitive nature.
• Experience with web/mobile applications and API/messaging.
• Clear, confident communicator for diverse audiences.
• Experience working with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers & QA analysts during delivery.
• Thrives in a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Not afraid to challenge and unearth requirements.
• Calm under pressure.
• Ability to deliver and get the job done.

Responsibilities

• Shape the nature of web and e-commerce based projects as part of a cross-functional team.
