Job summary

Arup is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a global Delivery team, working closely with Business Analysts, Delivery Managers, Architects, PPM, PMO and Business Change teams under the Head of Delivery. The work will support delivery of a prioritised portfolio of projects and programmes.

This is an exciting role that helps meet Arup’s Total Design and Excellence objectives and provides great exposure to being part of its 5-year strategy.

Qualifications

• Experienced in delivering projects with sponsors and end users, achieving tangible outcomes and benefits realisation.
• Managing the delivery of technology and change projects within a programme context.
• Establishing effective governance, chairing project boards, tracking KPIs and reporting status.
• Building and leading motivated, delivery-focused teams.
• Strong understanding of benefits management and realisation.
• Experience working with diverse teams across multiple global locations and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of a prioritised portfolio of projects and programmes.
• Provide governance and reporting, chair project boards and maintain KPI dashboards.
• Lead delivery of management and technical products, subject to audits and assurance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and participate in communities of practice.
