Job summary

TrinityBridge, a leading UK wealth manager, is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to shape digital products and onboarding flows, working with the Head of Digital to drive AI-enabled change. The role emphasizes design-led product delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on compliant, measurable outcomes in a regulated environment.

You'll translate business needs into simple experiences, run discovery to adoption, and establish product analytics and governance for value

Qualifications

• Proven product management for complex digital products from discovery to adoption.
• Experience in digital onboarding and colleague-facing tech in regulated services.
• Design thinking and user research, prototyping and usability testing.
• Voice of client/colleague using qualitative and data insights.
• Experience with generative AI, workflow automation, or agentic capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Understand client and colleague needs through research and insights to shape roadmaps.
• Lead discovery for priority digital change with clear problems and success metrics.
• Apply design thinking across lifecycle, ensuring DESIRABLE/VIABLE/FEASIBLE solutions.
• Translate AI strategy into onboarding, colleague tech and AI-enabled workflows.
• Collaborate across Digital, Technology, Risk and Compliance to redesign end-to-end journeys.
• Use iterative test & learn to validate value before scaling.
• Define KPIs and monitor benefits into BAU.
• Manage third-party suppliers and ensure value for money.
