Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a Senior Digital Product Designer to craft holistic digital experiences across platforms. You will partner with tech, product, digital design, content and CRM teams to translate the brand vision into engaging interfaces.

The role requires research-led design, rapid prototyping, and close collaboration with engineers to ensure high-fidelity implementation. The ideal candidate brings a strong portfolio, knowledge of iOS/Android design guidelines, accessibility

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a digital product designer focusing on UX for iOS and Android platforms.
• Experience leading visual design-led projects and creating end-to-end customer journeys.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, UX copy, and impact.
• Knowledge of Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Google Material Guidelines.
• In-depth accessibility knowledge (WCAG, VoiceOver, TalkBack).
• Experience planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative user research and insight synthesis.
• Ability to optimize assets for delivery (HEIC/HEIF for iOS, WebP for Android) and to work within file size constraints.

Responsibilities

• Create holistic digital experiences and aesthetics that translate across platforms and channels.
• Develop user experience maps, flows, and rapid prototypes; validate concepts with stakeholders.
• Document design principles, directions, and specifications for engineers.
• Validate ideas with A/B tests and product performance analyses.
• Present experiences to stakeholders; secure buy-in across the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate across teams and document design decisions clearly.
