Which? is seeking a Principal Policy Adviser to lead digital policy initiatives in London. You will guide policy projects, coordinate with government, regulators and industry, and influence consumer-focused digital policy outcomes.

You will mentor policy advisers, shape the policy agenda, and monitor emerging digital technologies to protect and empower consumers. This role blends research, strategy and stakeholder engagement in a fast-moving environment.

Formación

• Senior policy experience in government, regulator, think tank or similar organisation.
• Experience handling digital or technology consumer issues.
• Ability to present complex concepts clearly and accessibly.
• Strong track record creating policy documents and consultation responses on digital technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and scope new policy projects in relevant digital or technology areas, like AI, online choice architecture and digital harms
• Work with insight colleagues to gather evidence and create policy options that address consumer issues
• Support and guide Senior Policy Advisers and Policy Advisers to deliver high-quality outputs
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across government, regulators, industry and civil society
• Represent Which? at conferences, roundtables and events, clearly presenting our work and its relevance
