The Role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Planner to join our independent agency specializing in B2B marketing as a Senior Digital Planning Manager.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day client communications and relationships.
2. Plan media campaigns across digital channels including Programmatic, Direct Buys, and Social media.
3. Collaborate with client leads and the media team to support campaign planning and performance optimization.
4. Assist senior team members with campaign strategy development.
5. Coordinate with internal teams and contractors.
6. Support onboarding of new clients during our growth phase.
7. Create client-ready documents and contribute to presentations.

Must-Have Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in a media agency environment, with B2B expertise.
• Currently in an Account Manager role or a Senior AE ready to step up.
• Strong understanding of digital media planning; activation knowledge is a plus.
• Proven experience managing clients and supporting campaign delivery.
• Ability to work flexibly and proactively in a small team.
• Experience working with global clients, especially in EMEA and US markets.
• Experience in sectors like Tech or Finance is a bonus.
