Job summary

The National Theatre seeks a Senior Original Content Producer to lead the creation and delivery of original digital formats for online audiences. You will oversee projects from concept through execution, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality, engaging content across social platforms.

You will apply strong data literacy to inform editorial choices, manage talent, and iterate formats based on performance insights in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a digital producer/creative with a portfolio of digital original formats produced for YouTube, TikTok or other social-first platforms.
• Proven ability to grow and scale original digital formats/channels with audience or revenue metrics.
• Strong data literacy: interpret analytics (YouTube Studio, TikTok analytics) to drive creative/editorial decisions.
• Experience managing talent and external creators and maintaining productive working relationships.
