Job summary

Banijay Rights Limited in London is seeking a monetisation/support role to help manage day-to-day publishing and scheduling across Owned and Operated YouTube and social media channels. You will work with the VP O&O Channels and external teams to drive monetisation, growth, and best-practice workflows.

The role requires 3+ years of experience in social video, strong knowledge of YouTube/Facebook CMS, and a proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Job Purpose

To support VP O&O Channels with all day to day publishing and scheduling functions across the Owned and Operated / Talent led YouTube and Social Media Channels

Responsibilities:

• Alongside VP O&O Channels, support day to day management of existing and future Owned and Operated YouTube and Social Media Channel monetisation
• Support growth plans for existing channels and manage day to day operations with both internal and external teams
• Maintain best practice within all publishing and monetisation workflows across the YouTube and Social Media Content Management Systems (CMSes)
• Coordinate efforts with both internal and external teams to ensure operations run as expected
• Provide guidance and best practice documents to all relevant internal and external stakeholders
• Troubleshoot queries and enhancements across the Content Management Systems to maintain best practice
• Support all channel onboarding requirements and new business opportunities
• Leverage all data sets and learnings to devise recommended strategy focuses and content pillars
• Attend regular meetings with all key platforms and stakeholders to continue evolving operational excellence
• 3+ years experience
• Excellent operational knowledge of social media platforms including YouTube and Facebook
• Deep experience in digital video and YouTube / Facebook Content Management Systems
• Good experience with sustaining and growing owned and operated YouTube Channels Good negotiation skills
• Understanding of the television production process
• Existing relationships with platforms
• Excellent attention to detail and nuance
• Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work towards sales targets and business objectives

Reporting to VP O&O Channels or their nominated replacement.
