Red Ant is a growing, established integrated marketing agency seeking a skilled Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead digital campaigns and client strategy across multiple channels.

You will own campaigns, analyse performance and drive opportunities for growth while contributing to the agency's marketing presence and client relationships. The role is Surrey-based with a hybrid schedule and competitive salary.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years' digital marketing experience, ideally within an agency.
• Strong knowledge of content marketing, SEO, AI search, paid media, email marketing and social media.
• Experience analysing campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The confidence and professional maturity to build credible client relationships.
• A strategic and analytical mindset combined with a willingness to remain hands-on.
• Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple clients, projects and priorities effectively.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of how marketing activity supports wider client objectives.
• A proactive, positive approach with the confidence to take ownership and solve problems.
• Curiosity and a genuine commitment to learning and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own digital campaigns across a diverse client portfolio, plan, deliver and optimise activity across multiple channels.
• Combine strategy, creativity and analysis to identify opportunities and continually improve results.
• Contribute to the agency's own marketing and market presence, bringing ideas to strengthen communication and growth.
• Take ownership, contribute ideas, follow things through and get involved when needed.
