Pet Nutrition (PN) is a vibrant category in the FMCG sector. As part of our digital transformation, the Shepherd program has been launched by Mars Pet Nutrition leadership. Shepherd focuses on implementing SAP S/4Hana for Pet Nutrition, aiming for major process simplification and harmonization across key business areas such as Finance, Source to Pay, Plan to Fulfill, Lead to Cash, Governance, Engage to Consume, Idea to Market, and Recruit to Retire.

This role is critical for managing the core design, build, testing, and deployment of solutions for Lead to Cash / Order to Cash processes within this transformation.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in large-scale digital transformations in global organizations, with high adoption of new tools
• Experience with S/4HANA transformation
• Extensive experience in Lead to Cash / Order to Cash, ideally in the CGP industry
• Strong strategy, planning, delivery, governance, and leadership skills
• Customer-focused with the ability to build productive relationships with business leaders and project teams
• Degree or equivalent work experience; a master's degree with a computing, scientific, statistical, or mathematical focus is a plus
