Job summary

Turner Townsend is seeking a Principal / Associate / Director Digital Consultant (Information Management) to lead BIM and information management across major UK infrastructure programmes. The role focuses on strategy, governance, stakeholder engagement, and delivering digital outcomes with a client-facing and internal delivery balance.

Qualifications

• A strong knowledge of Information Management standards such as BS EN ISO 19650 and the UK BIM Framework.
• Experience with dashboards and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) to support decision making.
• Proven ability to define strategic frameworks and governance for digital delivery.
• Experience on infrastructure, defence or energy programmes is desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Information Management expertise across client organisations and major programmes.
• Lead delivery frameworks, governance models and BIM documentation aligned to best practice.
• Engage stakeholders, support client engagement and facilitate workshops.
• Define and implement delivery strategies for digital transformation and data integration with PMO.
• Mentor colleagues and promote a positive team culture.
