Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior/Principal Digital Consultant (Information Management) UK-wide to shape digital strategies and delivery on major infrastructure programmes. You will lead Information Management, BIM, and data initiatives, engaging stakeholders across client organisations and internal teams.

You will drive governance, framework development, and strategic planning, collaborating with PMO, DDaT, and design specialists while supporting Net Zero outcomes and digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Information Management standards (e.g., BS EN ISO 19650, UK BIM Framework)
• Proven ability to lead digital delivery and BIM on infrastructure programmes
• Experience setting up and managing CDEs (e.g., Aconex, Asite, ProjectWise) and PMO integrations
• Familiar with 3D modelling and BIM review tools (Navisworks, Solibri)
• Comfort communicating with stakeholders across seniority levels and client environments
• SFIA-aligned capabilities in Information Management, Strategic Planning, and Consultancy

Responsibilities

• Provide Information Management expertise across client organisations and major programmes.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder engagement across environments.
• Advise on digital delivery, BIM adoption, and technology-enabled value.
• Capture client requirements to design Digital Strategies meeting business goals.
• Define delivery frameworks, governance models and best-practice processes.
• Lead client engagement and contribute to business growth.
• Promote digital services and act as an ambassador for Turner & Townsend.
