Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Principal/Associate/Director Digital Consultant (Information Management) to shape strategy and lead information management across major infrastructure programmes in the UK. You will set up frameworks, drive BIM-enabled delivery, and partner with clients to achieve Net Zero and efficiency goals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of BS EN ISO 19650 and the UK BIM Framework.
• Experience delivering digital solutions in infrastructure projects.
• Ability to create and maintain BIM documentation.
• Familiarity with Common Data Environments (Aconex, Asite, ProjectWise).
• Understanding dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) and PMO tools.
• Ability to setup and manage SharePoint sites.
• Willingness to travel; hybrid working.

Responsibilities

• Provide Information Management expertise across client organisations and major programmes.
• Set up strategy, delivery and implementation for information management.
• Communicate with stakeholders and embed into client environments.
• Advise on digital delivery and BIM-enabled value.
• Capture and analyse requirements to design digital strategies.
• Collaborate with P3M experts to align information management with PMO.
• Author BIM documentation and processes.
• Define delivery frameworks, governance and best practices.
• Lead meetings and mentor colleagues.
• Engage with industry trends and champion digital services.
