Brentford FC Limited in London is seeking a Senior Digital Executive to join the Marketing Services team. You will help maintain and grow the Club’s digital audience, optimise the website and support the loyalty programme rollout.

You will work across website, app and digital touchpoints to improve engagement and conversion. The role requires hands-on delivery, strong analytics, personalisation and a passion for fan experience.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, UX, audience engagement and product development.
• Experience with consumer-focused brands or sports/digital business preferred.
• Understanding of data and insight to improve supporter journeys and conversion.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on Brentford FC website development from ideation to implementation.
• Oversee paid media output with targeted audience segmentation.
• Curate visual elements to drive engagement and conversions.
• Leverage personalisation, gamification and loyalty to boost engagement and purchases.
• Ensure personalised user journeys with relevant content.
• Own platform analytics and produce evidence-based decisions.
• Support digital marketing campaigns with agile department-wide backing.
• Collaborate with Content/editorial and video teams to boost dwell time.
• Support loyalty programme development and data acquisition.
