Job summary

Quest Global is seeking a Senior Digital Engineer to support the Digital Capability Manager on digital infrastructure projects for a major Naval Nuclear client. You will engage across scoping, design, testing and deployment, mentoring the development team and bridging between developers and the Digital Capability Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Computer Science, Software, IT or a closely related discipline.
• Experience in Software Development or similar role.
• Experience with end-to-end testing.
• Knowledge of data quality and structure.
• Ability to develop a project specification with colleagues, often including those from other engineering disciplines.
• Proficient in research, analytical, conceptual and planning skills.
• Able to consider the implications of issues such as cost, safety and time constraints.
• Knowledge of best practices in software architecture and planning.
• Experience using AI concepts in workflows.

• Undertake technical and feasibility studies and site investigations.
• Develop detailed requirements and technical design documents.
