Qualifications

• Significant experience publishing content across digital platforms.
• Extensive practical experience using a content management system (CMS).
• Strong understanding of website guidance, accessibility standards and web information architecture.
• Experience monitoring digital usage, platform performance and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the Best Start in Life Family Hubs online portfolio of content.
• Help deliver a single, accessible digital front door for families to find information and support.
• Oversee creation, editing, approval and publication of content using the council’s CMS and web platforms.
• Collaborate with council services and external partners to connect information and improve digital journeys.
• Ensure content is appropriate for the audience and meets accessibility and metadata standards.
• Oversee Family Hub directories, address data-quality issues and advise information owners on improvements.
• Monitor how digital content is used, analyse trends and present findings to senior leaders.
• Produce guidance and provide briefings and training for colleagues contributing content.
