About the role

An exciting opportunity to join the No7 Beauty Company Digital Marketing team as Senior Digital Designer for our E-Commerce business, working on some of our most iconic brands. Within a team of digital experts, you will focus on delivering an excellent customer experience across our digital channels, blending UX and UI.

About the opportunity

As Senior Digital Designer, you will lead our teams on all design and UX aspects for our E-Commerce sites. You will oversee business-as-usual design briefs and projects, monitor competitor activity and industry trends, and identify opportunities to innovate. Collaborating with partners, you will translate projects into viable UX solutions and deliver visuals that meet brand and technical requirements.

  • Lead the development of UX journeys with development partners, translating user and business needs into solutions.
  • Create high-fidelity responsive designs, assets, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Manage our web and marketing technologies, ensuring compatibility with our ecosystem.
  • Maintain and develop the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistent application across channels.
  • Oversee the creation of digital assets for on- and off-site channels, including paid social and email.
  • Scout for new design technologies, including AI, and adopt innovative tools.
  • Lead and develop a team of two designers, managing workloads and personal development.
  • Ensure best practices in UX/UI are followed and continuously improved.
What you'll need to have
  • Proven experience in digital design and creative execution, with a mindset for continuous learning.
  • Extensive experience with design software such as Adobe Suite, Azure, or similar tools.
  • Experience managing productivity tools like Adobe Workfront.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical web and design solutions.
  • Strong partner management and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Leadership qualities and experience in managing a design team.
