About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Digital Designer with strong commercial experience to produce engaging digital projects for top brands and advertisers. This role is ideal for a Web Designer or Digital Designer eager to create compelling ad solutions, landing pages, emails, and social media creatives.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Lead the creative direction on campaigns alongside the Creative Director
  2. Collaborate with commercial teams to create high-impact advertising solutions

What You’ll Work On
  • Display & Rich-Media Ads (HTML5 banners, interactive ads, dynamic creatives)
  • Responsive Emails (designed & coded)
  • Visual Concepts & Mockups for client pitches
Person Specification

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 5+ years’ experience in digital/web design or development
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD or Figma)
  • Excellent UI/UX skills with a focus on responsive & mobile-first design
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Confidence to pitch creative ideas and solutions
  • Motion graphics skills in Adobe After Effects or similar
  • Experience with Celtra, DoubleClick, Sizmek, Teads for rich-media ads
  • Previous experience in an agency or publishing environment
