Job summary

Anglian Water Group Ltd. seeks a Senior Digital & Data Manager to drive the @one Alliance’s digital transformation from a Peterborough-based hybrid position. You will lead data strategy, governance and BI, champion AI and automation, and steer a 35-strong Digital & Data team to improve project delivery and business growth.

You will partner with alliance partners, suppliers and industry stakeholders while shaping data-enabled culture and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Engineering, IT, Software, Digital Transformation or a related field.
• Significant leadership experience within digital, data or technology functions.
• Strong expertise in data and information management.
• Experience leading technology-enabled change and transformation programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Desirable experience with AI, automation technologies and digital products.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and modern data platforms.
• Experience in Master Data Management and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver the @one digital and data strategy.
• Drive a data-led culture across the organisation.
• Oversee data governance, asset information management and compliance with industry standards.
• Lead the development of data platforms, business intelligence and reporting capabilities.
• Champion AI, automation and digital innovation to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Manage and develop a multidisciplinary Digital & Data team of circa 35 people.
• Build strong relationships with Anglian Water, alliance partners, suppliers and industry stakeholders.
