Job summary
Sweco UK Ltd is seeking a Senior Digital & Data Manager to lead our digital transformation agenda. You will drive data excellence, governance and emerging technologies to improve project delivery, performance and growth.
You will manage a ~35-strong multidisciplinary Digital & Data team, foster data-led decisions and collaborate with alliance partners and clients in a large infrastructure programme.
Qualifications
- Degree-qualified in engineering, IT, software or digital transformation with related field.
- Significant leadership experience in digital, data or technology functions.
- Strong expertise in data and information management.
- Experience leading technology-enabled change and transformation programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver the @one digital and data strategy.
- Drive a data-led culture across the organisation.
- Oversee data governance, asset information management and compliance with industry standards.
- Lead the development of data platforms, business intelligence and reporting capabilities.
- Champion AI, automation and digital innovation to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Manage and develop a multidisciplinary Digital & Data team of circa 35 people.
- Build strong relationships with Anglian Water, alliance partners, suppliers and industry stakeholders.
