Job summary

Binnies, part of the RSK Group, is recruiting a Senior Digital & Data Manager to drive the @one Alliance digital transformation across the East of England. The role leads data strategy, governance, platforms, and BI capabilities, while championing AI and automation to boost project delivery and business growth.

You will manage a ~35-strong digital and data team and build strong partnerships with alliance partners, Anglian Water, suppliers and industry stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Engineering, IT, Software, Digital Transformation or related field.
• Significant leadership experience in digital, data or technology functions.
• Strong expertise in data and information management.
• Experience leading technology-enabled change and transformation programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver the @one digital and data strategy.
• Drive a data-led culture across the organisation.
• Oversee data governance, asset information management and compliance with industry standards.
• Lead the development of data platforms, business intelligence and reporting capabilities.
• Champion AI, automation and digital innovation to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Manage and develop a multidisciplinary Digital & Data team of circa 35 people.
• Build strong relationships with Anglian Water, alliance partners, suppliers and industry stakeholders.
