Job summary

Binnies, part of the RSK Group, is seeking a Senior Digital & Data Manager for the @one Alliance in Peterborough. Hybrid role leading digital transformation across a major infrastructure program, shaping data platforms, governance and reporting to support delivery and growth.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team of around 35, drive AI and automation initiatives, collaborate with Anglian Water and alliance partners, and champion data-led decision making across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, IT, Digital Transformation or related field.
• Significant leadership experience in digital/data/tech functions.
• Strong data/information management expertise.
• Experience leading technology-enabled change and transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver the @one digital and data strategy.
• Drive a data-led culture across the organisation.
• Oversee data governance, asset information management and compliance with industry standards.
• Lead development of data platforms, BI and reporting capabilities.
• Champion AI, automation and digital innovation to improve efficiency.
• Manage and develop a multidisciplinary Digital & Data team of ~35 people.
• Build strong relationships with Anglian Water, alliance partners and stakeholders.
