Job summary

EdenMarsh's in-house studio is seeking a Senior Digital Creative Manager to lead the creative response to paid media strategy, translating brand and campaign activity into scalable, platform-specific assets that drive engagement and performance.

Reporting to the Digital Content Lead, you’ll collaborate with paid media leads, brand managers and external agency partners to develop digital content frameworks and oversee asset adaptation across platforms, audiences and funnel stages.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in digital creative strategy or performance creative.
• Experience across brand marketing, paid media and agency collaborations.
• Strong motion and animation capabilities with typography and layout skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative response to paid media strategy with scalable, platform-specific assets.
• Translate brand and campaign activity into asset frameworks for multiple platforms and funnel stages.
• Drive test-and-learn initiatives to improve creative performance and efficiency.
• Line-manage the Digital Creative Specialist and ensure high-quality content at scale.
