We are a multi-discipline, talented team of over 80 people, including UX/UI designers, graphic designers, animators, visualisers, real-time and web developers all over the globe. We’re problem solvers who are excited by working together to find a solution. We create bespoke communications which focus on bringing meaning to content, make information more accessible and add value to projects. The Role:

Our team of Account Managers and Project Managers are responsible for the delivery of multi-discipline projects ranging from working with local communities to create an engaging branded campaign that communicates proposed plans in their area, to a gamified e-learning experience for the Ministry of Defence. We currently work with clients such as Transport for London, East West Rail, Ministry of Defence, Highways England, Environment Agency, Thames Water, EDF Energy, and our own global internal communications.

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Digital Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing client relationships, excellent communication skills, and a passion for digital experiences and creativity.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Experience within a creative/digital/virtual event environment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and develop effective digital strategies to achieve them.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling, Identify opportunities to expand services and solutions for existing clients.
  • Work closely with project managers, designers, and developers to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.
  • Address client concerns and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Being a pro-active leader of Creative Design value propositions – identifying client opportunities or investment tasks to enhance the Creative Design offering.
  • Ensuring we’re delivering high-quality projects that add real added value.
  • Analysing client campaigns success, producing reports, and analysing data as supporting evidence.
  • Working with the AM and PM teams to continuously assess working methods and processes and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Supporting the marketing strategy for Creative Design.

Skills:

  • Previous experience in digital account management at a senior level, preferably within a creative agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital experiences (AR, applications, Real-Time), web development, and design processes and able to lead client meetings, both virtually and in person, to create excitement around project delivery.
  • Creative Thinking, Ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and market conditions.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Producing account growth plans.
  • Digital marketing certifications are a plus.
