Job summary

NHS Tayside is recruiting a Dietitian to join the specialist diabetes team in Tayside. You will deliver clinical services in secondary care for people living with diabetes, with a focus on those requiring insulin therapy and hybrid closed loop systems.

You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to drive service improvement, pathway development and joint patient care, while demonstrating strong communication and team leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with HCPC.
• Significant experience in diabetes care, preferably in secondary care.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical diabetes care in secondary care within the Tayside Diabetes Team.
• Collaborate with the MDT to support patient care, service development and pathway improvements.
• Engage in leadership, time management and autonomous working within the team.
