Job summary

We are partnering with a leading luxury retailer to recruit an experienced DevOps Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, support and continuous improvement of its ecommerce and digital platforms.

This hands‑on leadership role combines technical delivery with team management, guiding a DevOps team across Azure infrastructure, CI/CD, automation, monitoring and live service operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading DevOps or Platform Engineering teams.
• Experience in high-volume digital environments (retail/ecommerce preferred).
• Strong hands-on DevOps capability alongside management responsibilities.
• Deep understanding of Azure infrastructure and automation practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a DevOps team, manage priorities and delivery.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across Azure infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Oversee reliability, security and performance of ecommerce platforms across envs.
• Support frequent product launches and ensure platforms are ready for live service.
• Lead incident management and post-incident improvements.
