Job summary

Thames Valley Police is seeking a Senior Dev Ops Engineer to join the Targeted Equipment Interference (TEI) capability team. The role involves developing technology to transform policing operations, with responsibilities spanning local and national projects and engagement with partners and suppliers.

The successful candidate will lead capability development, work collaboratively in a dynamic team, and adapt existing solutions or create new ones, while maintaining delivery timelines and quality

Qualifications

• Experience of programming and of working on technical projects.
• Able to work under pressure with a passion for learning and capability to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead capability development for TEI in collaboration with regional teams and partners.
• Provide line management support for the DevOps Engineer post and ensure delivery of projects to time and specification.
• Work in a hybrid model across SEROCU offices and national locations with travel as required.
