Job summary

Auriga is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to architect, lead and scale the platform engineering and operational backbone of our solutions. You will define and maintain roadmaps for infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, reliability and security, across cloud, on-premises, hybrid and customer-site environments.

The role requires 5+ years in DevOps/SRE, strong AWS experience, and a background in robotics or mission-critical systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, Platform, or Infrastructure roles.
• Production-grade AWS experience; secondary cloud or on‑premises preferred.
• Experience designing CI/CD at scale across many repositories.
• Experience operating safety-critical, mission-critical, or regulated systems.
• Excellent communication skills with executives, customers, partners, regulators.
• Experience in autonomous systems, industrial automation, robotics, or mission-critical infra.
• Familiarity with ROS 2 build/release tooling and robotics lifecycle management.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS or customer-isolated deployment patterns.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain DevOps and platform engineering roadmap across infra, CI/CD, observability, reliability and security.
• Design scalable platform architectures across cloud, on-premises, hybrid and customer-site environments.
• Establish reusable standards, deployment patterns and reference architectures across product lines.
• Build, maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines across multiple repositories and services.
• Lead release engineering and deployment automation for products.
• Enable repeatable, secure and scalable deployments across dev, test, staging, prod and customer environments.
• Design and support customer-isolated, multi-site and multi-tenant deployment models.
• Implement observability, monitoring, alerting, SLOs and operational health practices.
• Lead incident response, post-incident reviews and continuous improvement of reliability.
• Embed security, compliance, auditability and traceability in workflows.
