Job summary

Free-Work UK is seeking an experienced DevOps Developer to manage our systems and keep the Aurora Commerce platform running smoothly. Based in Central London, you will work closely with the development team to ensure a robust, scalable infrastructure and optimal server performance.

You will handle Linux server administration, perform performance tuning, and manage web technologies (Apache, MySQL, PHP) across production and development environments. 5+ years of relevant experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of relevant experience in a high-traffic web environment.
• Experience managing Linux servers and performance tuning.
• Strong knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, TCP/IP networking, and firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor infrastructure to ensure uptime and performance.
• Collaborate with developers to support Aurora Commerce platform.
• Configure and maintain production and development servers in London.
• Coordinate with hosting providers for incident resolution.
