Job summary

Nomad Digital, headquartered in the UK, is seeking a Senior DevOps/Platform Engineer to own CI/CD automation for its agile R&D product team. You will turn automation code into reliable deployment pipelines, ensure safe rollouts across a hybrid estate, and help adopt AI-assisted engineering tools in a secure, auditable way.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience) with relevant certifications in CI/CD, infrastructure automation (Ansible/Puppet), Linux, cloud technologies, monitoring, and Python programming.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain deployment automation across the hybrid estate.
• Design, build and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines, templates and runners.
• Introduce AI-assisted tooling with safe review and compliance.
• Diagnose and resolve faults across Linux, networking and app layers.
• Configure network equipment and ensure change control and documentation.
