Job summary

RX Global in London seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, automate, secure and operate RX Cloud Platforms across AWS and Azure. Based in Richmond, you will work with software teams to improve cloud infrastructure, automation, observability and platform reliability.

You will build scalable CI/CD pipelines, craft Terraform modules, implement cloud security, and drive incident analysis and continuous improvement while applying AI-assisted engineering tools to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

Experience designing secure cloud platforms and operating them at scale.
Strong automation mindset and ownership of outcomes.

Responsibilities

Design, build and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code principles.
Support AWS services including EKS, EC2, ECS/Fargate, RDS, S3, CloudFront, Route53, ALB, VPC, IAM, Systems Manager and CloudWatch.
Develop and maintain reusable Terraform modules and infrastructure patterns.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and related tooling.
Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes and release automation.
Implement cloud security best practices and support remediation activities.
Maintain monitoring, logging and alerting solutions, participate in incident management and root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement.
Automate repetitive operational activities and leverage AI-assisted engineering tools to improve troubleshooting, documentation, operational efficiency and platform reliability.
