Senior AWS DevOps Engineer, London, £120,000 + Extensive Benefits, Office Based then Hybrid

My Financial Services Client is currently looking for a Senior AWS DevOps Engineer with extensive experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Build, manage, and maintain AWS Infrastructure using IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Bitbucket.
2. Automate code and infrastructure deployments, backups, and other assets.
3. Create and maintain technical documentation.
4. Work with teams to ensure architecture standards are defined, aligned, and adhered to, as well as facilitate deployments.
5. Coordinate with infrastructure teams across different locations.
6. Report to department heads and leadership.

Key Experience required:

1. In-depth knowledge of AWS Services and Technologies such as networking, compute, storage, security, IAM, and EKS.
2. Extensive experience with IaC tools like CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible, and Bitbucket.
3. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions to a non-technical audience.
4. Strong knowledge of CI/CD, scripting, automation, and Linux.

This role requires 5 days a week onsite in Marylebone initially, transitioning to a hybrid work pattern. The process includes a technical test.
