Working as part of a cross-functional team, you are recognized as a technical expert in an area important to the RDQ function. You identify, define, and solve complex business problems by applying your broad technical knowledge. As a technical specialist, this role involves interacting with senior management and cross-functional teams to meet strategic business demands.

How you will contribute

You will lead complex, technically focused projects, guiding and influencing activities led by others. Using consumer insights and technical expertise, you will identify future opportunities and execute programs with technical rigor. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop and align resource and budget needs, evaluate new ingredients, formulas, recipes, and processes, and understand the impact of scale-up from laboratory to production. Additionally, you will quantify technical risks, make recommendations, and influence stakeholders. As a subject matter expert, you will mentor and coach others to develop their technical skills.

As a small company, it involves working with stakeholders across various business functions, including Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, and Logistics. • Experience in food or pharmaceutical development and manufacturing, with knowledge of Quality, HACCP, and food regulations. Experience in food supplement development is a plus.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving environments.
• A self-starter, agile, and motivated with minimal guidance.
• Subject Matter Expert in Product or Process development, with knowledge of the other.

Education / Certifications:

Degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related fields.

Job specific requirements:

Extensive relevant experience in the FMCG sector and a strong technical foundation with high curiosity.

Travel Requirements:

10% travel, up to 50% remote work.

This role operates within the regional business model managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland. No relocation support is available.
