London and Quadrant Housing Trust is seeking a Senior Development Manager to lead housing-led remediation projects and drive cladding initiatives with our In House Build team. You will oversee governance, risk and financial controls to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
The role requires a strong background in housing development/remediation, contract knowledge and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders, including developers, consultants and Homes
Contract Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Salary: Starting from £79,500 per annum (London)
Grade 11
Reporting Office: Stratford, London
Agile Worker: At least 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working)

We are looking for a Senior Development Manager who is innovative, commercially focused, risk conscious, and an experienced problem solver, to join the team and help us to deliver our ambitious plans.
The Senior Development Manager focuses on our cladding remediation projects with developers and our In House Build team. You'll need to be proficient in foreseeing risk, problem solving and finding suitable solutions rapidly, while considering the financial and commercial impact.
