Soho House & Co. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Development to own financial modelling, feasibility analysis and underwriting for new site development opportunities.

The role focuses 80% on development finance and 20% on executive strategy support, with direct exposure to senior leadership and the Board. Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in investment banking, real estate finance, private equity or related analytical role.
• Strong academic background in finance, economics, real estate or related field.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling; capable of multi-year, multi-scenario models.

Responsibilities

• Build, own and refine financial models for new site development opportunities including capex, operating forecasts and cash flow.
• Prepare underwriting decks and investment papers for senior leadership and the Board.
• Coordinate inputs from Development, Legal, Operations and FP&A and maintain the pipeline tracker.
• Contribute analytical perspectives and stress-test scenarios before recommendations to Leadership.
• Support ad hoc strategic analyses and board materials preparation.
