Soho House & Co. is seeking a Senior Commercial Finance Analyst to support capital planning, new site feasibility, property, leases, insurance, and commercial accounting across a multi-site international business.

You will deliver analytical insights, robust models and governance to aid decision-making for senior stakeholders across Development, Legal, Operations and Residences. The role requires a commercial mindset, strong technical accounting awareness and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifikationen

• Strong commercial finance, FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Excel and modelling skills with ability to review business cases.
• Knowledge of capex, leases and property costs.
• Qualified accountant or studying towards ACA/ACCA/CIMA preferred.

• Support capital planning governance and reporting to senior leadership.
• Develop financial models for new site opportunities and feasibility.
• Analyze leases, property costs and commercial agreements.
• Assist insurance programmes and claims analysis.
