Job summary

Capstone Property Recruitment is seeking an Associate Director / Director for Development Monitoring in London. The role focuses on a 500,000+ sq ft commercial development, currently in early concept design, with base-build works expected to commence later this year.

You will provide senior technical and commercial oversight, liaising with clients, consultants and contractors, and guiding design management, programme and contractual processes throughout the project lifecycle.

• Coordinate with client, consultants and contractors.
• Manage base-build development monitoring and facade works.
• Oversee design management, technical quality and construction oversight.
