Knowledge & Qualifications:

• BSc in a scientific field with proven experience in formulating Household products.

Technical/Professional Experience:

• 3+ years of experience developing formulations for Household Products (desirable)
• 3+ years of experience developing formulations for Household, Personal Care, or similar product ranges for large-scale manufacturing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong commercial awareness within technically focused organizations
• Experience working with external suppliers and distributors
• Experience analyzing process data to maintain and report key process measures
