We are seeking a chemistry expert to join our team to train AI models. Your role will involve measuring AI chatbot progress, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance model quality.

Qualifications include a completed or in-progress Masters/PhD in Chemistry or related fields such as Research and Development Chemist, Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, or Process Development Chemist.

This is a full-time or part-time REMOTE position with flexible project selection and scheduling. Compensation starts at $40+ per hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide AI chatbots with complex chemistry problems and evaluate their outputs.
2. Assess the correctness and performance of AI model outputs.
