X4 Technology are partnered with ahigh-growth, well-capitalised trading house in London, offering aunique opportunity for a Senior Developer (Trading Systems) tojoin their global team of 400.

In this keyposition within their technology group, you'll help drive theinnovation and evolution of vendor and proprietary trading platforms -developing solutions to support key functions like trade capture,market connectivity, STP, risk, pricing and settlement.

You'll also contribute to major investments in their systemenhancement, customisation and integration - linking their coretrading systems with modern SaaS solutions for analytics, hedging,credit, regulatory reporting and more.

Responsibilities of the Senior Developer (Trading Systems):

• Creating new features within Trading Systems tofacilitate company growth
• Building solutions for front officeusers (trade entry, exchange interfaces, STP, etc)
• Designingnew bespoke views
• Customising Trading System user interfaceusing ClassEvents (C#.NET)
• Modifying the Trading System datamodel directly in the SQLServer database
• Enhancing testautomation and ability to unit test custom code
• Developingcustomised applications (APIs, loaders, reports, data pipelines, BItools)

Requirements ofthe Senior Developer (ETRM)

• Proven experience withintrading environments (hedge funds, investment banks, trading houses,asset managers, fintechs, trading vendors eg ETRM platforms)
• Familiarity with front-office trading concepts and workflows
• Excellent SQLServerDatabase design and optimisation skills
• High motivation tocontinually develop technical skillset
• Strong problem-solvingmindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
