SENIOR DEVOPS ENGINEER - F5, PALO ALTO, CHECK POINT, ZSCALER, AWS, GIT, JENKINS, DOCKER, ANSIBLE, AND TERRAFORM.

Summer-Browning Associates is currently assisting our client in the Public Sector, who is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer for a 12-month assignment.

Location: Hybrid - Leeds / Manchester / Birmingham

The ideal candidates will have an active Security Clearance and proven background in DevOps Engineering, with the following skills and experience:

• Extensive hands-on proficiency with F5 load balancers.
• Strong expertise in firewall platforms, specifically Palo Alto Networks and Check Point.
• Preferred familiarity with Zscaler..
• Proficiency in AWS services, encompassing EC2, ELB, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, S3, VPC Lattice, Transit Gateway, and VPN.
• Practical knowledge of essential DevOps tools, including Git, Jenkins, Docker, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Strong scripting abilities in Bash, Python, or comparable languages
• Demonstrated experience in managing production systems, particularly within regulated or high-availability environments.
• A proven track record of effectively mentoring junior team members.
