Job summary

Fanatics is hiring a senior design professional in Leeds to shape the Casino design system and campaigns across push, email, in-app and paid channels. You will work from the design system, improving components and templates, collaborating with creatives, motion designers and ops, and ensuring accessible handoffs with proper naming and versioning.

Qualifications

5+ years of design experience, preferably in agencies or in-house studios.
A portfolio showing digital and campaign design with both concept and high-volume work.
Expert-level Figma and strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Excellent typography, hierarchy and layout, even at small sizes or busy feeds.
Speed and accuracy in delivering multiple design assets on tight calendars.
Ability to take direction, refine work and keep projects moving forward.

Design across push, email, in-app messaging, content cards, bottom sheets, promo cards, details pages, paid social, OOH and video.
Take briefs from concept through to final delivery with specs.
Build and improve components, templates and usage guidance in the design system.

About Us

The role

You’ll design across the whole Casino mix: campaign visuals, promotional, CRM, in-product, paid and OOH, at a standard that exceeds anything in the category, and at a pace that keeps a fast calendar moving.
You’ll work from the Casino design system and you’ll make it better. We want your view on how it could work harder for the whole team.

What You’ll Do

Design across push, email, in-app messaging, content cards, bottom sheets, promo cards, details pages, paid social, OOH and video.
Take briefs from concept through to final, spec-correct delivery.
Build and improve components, templates and usage guidance in the design system.
Work alongside creatives, motion designers and creative ops on shared projects.
Hand off clean files: correct naming, sensible versioning, layers someone else can open.
Build legal, regulatory and responsible gaming requirements into your work from the start, so it arrives at review, ready to go.

What You Bring

5+ years in a design role in an agency or in-house studio.
A portfolio strong across digital and campaign design, with evidence of both conceptual pieces and high-volume work.
Expert-level Figma and strong Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Excellent typography, hierarchy and layout, including at small sizes or a busy social feed.
Speed and accuracy together: you can move fast and get it right.
The ability to take direction, sharpen the work and keep moving.

Bonus points

iGaming, sports betting or entertainment experience.
High-volume CRM or lifecycle design experience.
Motion or 3D capability.
