Qualifications

• 6+ years of graphic design experience, agency background essential.
• Strong portfolio showing website design, digital and print work.
• Digital and print experience; not digital-only.
• Excellent eye for typography, layout, colour and composition.
• Experience designing for responsive web across devices.
• Proficiency in Figma and XD; open to others.
• Clear communication and ability to explain design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Leading and mentoring a team of designers, supporting their growth.
• Setting the creative direction from concept to delivery.
• Reviewing work, providing constructive feedback, maintaining high standards.
• Collaborating to interpret briefs and deliver effective design solutions.
• Building client relationships and presenting creative thinking.
• Helping manage studio workflow, priorities and resources to meet deadlines.
• Contributing to pitches, new business opportunities and agency growth.
• Bringing new ideas and fresh perspectives to the studio.
