With 6+ years in an agency environment, you will mentor designers, shape concepts through delivery, and maintain exceptional design standards while growing the agency's capabilities and client partnerships.

Qualificações

• 6+ years' graphic design experience in an agency.
• Strong portfolio across website design, digital and print.
• Proficient in responsive web design for multiple devices.
• Excellent typography, layout, colour and composition.
• Experience with Figma and Adobe XD.
• Clear communication and client-facing presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of designers, supporting their creative development and day-to-day work.
• Set the creative direction for projects, from initial concepts through to final delivery.
• Review work, provide constructive feedback and maintain high design standards.
• Collaborate with the wider team to interpret briefs, develop ideas and deliver creative solutions.
• Build strong client relationships and confidently presenting and articulating creative thinking.
• Help manage studio workflow, project priorities and resources to meet deadlines.

Senior Graphic Designer

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 DOE
Location: Wokingham (Hybrid working)
Experience: 6+ years (agency essential)
Contract: Full-time, permanent

I'm working with a well-established, design-led digital agency based in Wokingham who are looking to hire a Senior Designer with strong website design experience, alongside solid digital, motion, brand and print capability.

This role is ideal for someone currently working in a top-line agency environment who enjoys variety, working across multiple clients, and taking projects from concept through to delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years' graphic design experience, agency background essential
• Strong portfolio showcasing website design, digital and print work
• Confident across digital and print (this is not a digital-only role)
• Excellent eye for typography, layout, colour and composition
• Experience designing for responsive web and multiple devices
• Proficiency in Figma and XD but open to others
• Comfortable working across multiple clients and briefs
• Clear communication skills and confidence explaining design decisions

Nice to Have

• Experience working with or contributing to design systems
• Understanding of UX principles and accessibility
• Exposure to rebrands or larger website builds
