Job summary

Cornerstone Project Source Ltd in Hertfordshire is seeking a permanent Senior Designer to lead detailed design across a range of façade systems with an immediate start.

The role focuses on rainscreen cladding, terracotta, aluminium systems, brick slip, rendering and EWI, with emphasis on wall designs over roofing. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino and Revit is required. Salary £65,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• Detailed design experience in façade systems.
• Proficiency with design software tools is required.
• Ability to coordinate with fabricators and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed design across façade systems for projects in Hertfordshire.
• Contribute to Rainscreen cladding, Terracotta, Aluminium systems, Brick slip, Rendering and EWI work.
• Ensure designs meet client requirements, codes and budgets.

A leading facade and cladding contractor is currently looking for a permanent Senior Designer to lead detailed design across a range of facade systems in Hertfordshire.

Start Date: Immediate

Salary: £65,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility available (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM) — Monday to Friday
