Job summary

Cornerstone Project Source is seeking a permanent Senior Designer to lead detailed design across a range of facade systems in Hertfordshire. The role offers immediate start with a salary of £65,000 per year and standard hours with flexibility.

You will focus on wall systems rather than roofing, and use AutoCAD, Rhino and Revit to develop detailed design and drawings for rainscreen cladding, terracotta, aluminium, brick slip, rendering and EWI.

Qualifications

• Experience in detailed design for facade systems.
• Ability to produce precise construction drawings and coordination with project teams.
• Knowledge of multiple facade systems and materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed design across rain-screen, terracotta, aluminium, brick slip, rendering and EWI wall systems.
• Produce construction and shop drawings for fabrication and installation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and site activities to ensure design intent.

A leading facade and cladding contractor is currently looking for a permanent Senior Designer to lead detailed design across a range of facade systems in Hertfordshire.

Start Date: Immediate
Salary: £65,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with flexibility available (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM) - Monday to Friday
