Justified Studio seeks a Senior Designer to lead across brand and digital, as well as campaigns and broader creative projects. You will shape ideas from early stages through to crafted, effective outcomes, combining concept with execution and presenting to clients.
You’ll move between identity and digital design, building systems that work across experiences, while collaborating with directors, strategists and developers.
BOLD VISION. New Futures.
We believe creativity has the power to change what comes next.
Justified is a creative consultancy built to help ambitious organisations imagine and create new futures. We bring together bold ideas, exceptional design and emerging technology to challenge convention, shift perceptions and create meaningful change.
Our work moves across brand, digital and campaign — from defining new identities and experiences to creating the ideas, systems and tools that bring them to life.
We champion creativity and technology in equal measure: combining human imagination, cultural instinct and craft with new tools and new possibilities.
Independent, ambitious and always looking forward, we exist to make work that moves people, businesses and culture forward.
This role exists to create exceptional work and raise the creative standard across Justified Studio.
As a Senior Designer, you’ll play a leading role across brand and digital, as well as campaigns and wider creative projects — helping shape ideas from their earliest stages and carrying them through to beautifully crafted, effective outcomes.
You’ll combine conceptual thinking with exceptional execution. You should be as comfortable defining the idea behind a brand as you are building its visual system, designing a digital experience, art directing a campaign or presenting the thinking to a client.
Digital design is a fundamental part of the role. We’re looking for someone who understands how brands come alive on screen — who can think about experience, interaction, motion and behaviour, and translate a strong creative idea into an equally strong digital experience.
This is a hands‑on creative role for someone with exceptional taste, strong ideas and the ability to turn ambitious thinking into work that feels distinctive, relevant and exceptionally well made.
You’ll take creative ownership across projects from initial thinking through to final delivery.
You understand that great design is more than individual assets. You can build ideas, systems and worlds that work coherently across identity, websites, digital products, motion, campaigns, content and physical experiences.
You’re equally interested in how a brand looks and how it behaves. You can move confidently between identity design and digital design — thinking about hierarchy, journeys, interaction, responsive behaviour and motion while maintaining the strength of the overarching creative idea.
You’ll work closely with our Creative Directors, strategists, designers, developers and external collaborators — sometimes leading a project creatively, sometimes working as part of a wider team.
You’ll also be confident in front of clients: explaining ideas, presenting work, responding to feedback and building belief in the creative direction.
As a senior member of the studio, we expect you to push the work and the team forward — bringing references, perspectives, new tools and new ways of thinking into the studio.
You have exceptional taste and care deeply about the work.
You’re conceptually ambitious but understand that ideas are only as good as their execution.
You think in systems rather than isolated outputs — understanding how an idea needs to flex across a brand, a website, an interface, a campaign and everything in between.
You’re as interested in interaction, behaviour and experience as you are in typography, image and composition.
You’re curious — about design, technology, culture, fashion, art, film, architecture and the world beyond the design industry.
You take ownership. You don’t wait to be told exactly what to do, and you actively look for ways to make the work better.
You’re comfortable challenging ideas, including your own, and can explain your point of view without ego.
You understand clients and know how to build trust while maintaining creative ambition.
You’re generous with your thinking and help make the people around you better.
Most importantly, you want to make work that people notice, remember and care about.
