A leading media company in London is seeking a talented Designer to join their team. This role involves creative ideation, producing custom editorial content across digital and print mediums, and requires at least 5 years of experience in design. Candidates must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and have a strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling. The Trust is a collective of energetic writers, content and creative strategists, videographers, designers, photo editors and developers. The work spans a variety of forms; short- and long-form reported articles, documentary videos, interactive data visualizations, animations and more.
The Trust is looking to hire a London-based Designer reporting into the Design Lead of The Trust International.
We are looking for a talented, collaborative and versatile individual with an understanding of visual storytelling. The role will require an individual with a thoughtful approach to design, producing world-class custom content campaigns for clients in Europe, the Middle East and Asia, that resonate with The Wall Street Journal's audience of decision makers worldwide. You will work with team members including the Design Lead, Creative Director, Editors, developers and the Executive Director of Content, based across EMEA and APAC, and with our Integrated Marketing team to understand client briefs and produce sophisticated and intelligent campaigns.
You will also work on commissioning work out to our network of designers, illustrators, photographers and more to support the creation of our content.
This role will need a creative problem solver, able to understand the practicality and feasibility of campaigns, as well as able to execute to a high standard.
We are looking for at least 5 years experience in an agency or custom content studio. The role requires this individual to be client facing, guiding them through the design process. The role requires 3 days in office in London Bridge.
