About the Role

One of our clients are looking for a talented and driven designer to join their commercial team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of producing visually compelling materials that support their partnership initiatives. From high-quality marketing assets to custom proposal graphics, you’ll play a vital role in elevating how we present our brand and opportunities to potential partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom graphics, logos, and marketing collateral tailored to partnership and sales initiatives.
• Contribute creative ideas and concepts to support strategic partnership proposals.
• Work closely with internal brand and marketing teams to ensure design consistency and brand alignment.
• Maintain and regularly update a library of creative assets, templates, and resources.
• Act as the go-to creative resource for the partnerships and business development teams.
• Produce both templated and bespoke materials to effectively showcase sponsorship and event opportunities.
• Provide direction for multimedia assets including video, photography, and digital presentations.
• Organise and manage an archive of brand resources such as imagery, logos, and media content.
• Ensure brand guidelines are applied consistently across all partnership-related communications.
• Support cross-functional teams with creative input and assistance on an ad-hoc basis.

What They're Looking For

• A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Word.
• Excellent time management, communication, and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, often with tight deadlines.
• A keen eye for detail and dedication to producing polished, high-quality design work.
• Understanding of sponsorship sales and the creative support needed at each stage.
• Familiarity with the sports or media sponsorship industry is a plus.
• Experience in marketing, sales, agency, or brand environments is advantageous.
